My name is Caraline Menzies.  I have been a Complementary Therapist since 2002.  I qualified as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist in 2009, following a two year training. 

My clinics are held at the beautiful and tranquil Wellington Centre in Hastings.

I believe that Craniosacral Therapy can help everyone to achieve a greater level of health and well-being, having deeper and longer lasting benefits than other therapies I've used and practised. What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy?
